That proud parental moment when your seven-year-old belts out the lyrics to Rush’s “Temple of Syrinx.”
Drumming Rush songs is hard.
What on earth is this from and did those two leave their brain at home?
From the Time Machine Tour closing movie. It is so awesome. I am sad it wasn’t on the Time Machine Tour DVD.
My awesome sister-in-law, Beth, got me Rush socks for Christmas, so that I “can wear something Rush to work”.
Very cool.
After playing with my new-to-me sewing machine, I *finally* finished this sampler of Rush that I designed & stitched for my best friend in August. Now, she can finally have it when I see her later today!
I’m not super-thrilled about the finish on it, as it is lopsided. However, the backing material is from a “Roll the Bones” t-shirt that I got when I saw Rush on the tour of the same name back in high school. In case you are wondering, the rest of the t-shirt was made into a purse right before I saw Rush on the “Time Machine Tour” in Syracuse, NY.
Okay, enough about Rush. As I develop ideas for my 1 year giveaway, I am thinking that one of the prizes might be a stitched Rush picture, like above.
