My Lil' Chunk o' Internet
If you wish to experience peace, provide peace for another. If you wish to know that you are safe, cause another to know that they are safe. If you wish to better understand seemingly incomprehensible things, help another to better understand. If you wish to heal your own sadness or anger, seek to heal the sadness or anger of another.

Top photo: Authors A.S. King and Paul Griffin pose with “Paul the Squid”. Paul (Squid Paul, not Paul Griffin) is a amigurumi I made for A.S. King when she came to be a speaker at my library. She told me yesterday, during the Teen Book Festival dinner, that Paul the Squid is a she and named after Paul Griffin. The second photo is A.S. King, Paul, Paul and me.

I really should go to bed.

I’m tired. I’ve had little sleep over the past few nights and very busy days. But I’m also kind of wired.

Weird.

DIY Recycled Cardboard Stamps Using String Tutorial. These stamps are cheap, add tons of texture to your project and did I say cheap? This video tutorial is from my favorite journal making/recycling site: Jennibellie Studio. I’ve posted her journals and links to her tutorials before and her videos are so good (check out her YouTube channel). Video Tutorial from Jennibellie Studio here.
